The digital age and recent world events are changing the way we work. Agile organisations, agile ways of working, digital, multi-generation workforce, the evolution of jobs and emerging skillsets are themes that business and the HR function must anticipate and embrace. With 25 years global experience I have developed a passion, agility and resilience to help business anticipate and respond to our changing world.
Having a strong Employer Brand is critical in attracting the best talent. I have 20 years of experience in developing #1 employer brand positions across over 50 markets, ranging from South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Russia, Turkey, Israel, and Iran. The best employer brands combine measurement, insight generation, identification of target audiences, internal and external messaging, activation campaigns (traditional and social media), engaging employees as brand ambassadors.

Are Brands Forever?
21 Aralık 2013
Reverse mentoring is when youth mentor experienced business leaders on ‘future fit ways’ i.e. digital, multi-generation empathy, etc. This is a powerful way for business leaders to draw insights into emerging consumer trends as well as contributing to the confidence and development of youth readiness when entering the workforce. I have lead several programs with student reverse mentors and continue to engage with students to stay relevant with todays developments.

Innovative Model of University-Business Life Integration
01 Temmuz 2019
I have more than 20 years experience tailoring integrated talent solutions to business including university recruitment, intern/management trainee programs, leadership reviews and accelerated development programs, matching key talent to key roles across developing and emerging markets to ensure a constant supply of future fit talent. My legacy has been to develop local talent into leadership and board positions in the markets and global teams I have served.
Leading employers understand the importance of employee health, wellbeing and resilience in terms of employee health, happiness and engagement contributing positively to absenteeism and insurance costs. My experience includes membership of Unilever’s Global Health and Wellbeing working group for four years implementing various global employee initiatives and Unilever’s first wellbeing app for 3,000 employees in Turkey.
Arguably the most important important agenda for HR In what is being called the fourth industrial revolution. What tools drive efficiency, engagement, and agility whilst ensuring business maintains a human touch. I have had the opportunity to formulate and pilot digital transformation in Unilever as well as visit and learn from companies who are implementing their own digital transformation.
I have been fortunate to work for a company considered to be a pioneer in the power of purpose - companies with purpose last, brands with purpose grow and people with purpose thrive. A company that has meaning beyond growth, profitability and shareholder return and which allows employees to find their own purpose, ensures their people bring more of their own gifts and passion to the workplace.
